I spent my adolescent and young adult life growing up with the love and companionship of a Labrador.  Ten years after Molly passed, we adopted Harley, a retired show lab.   Shortly after along came Emma.   Emma was our first show Labrador, and would produce for us our first Bred-by Champion.  This is how Brea Kennels came to be and since has continued to grow.  

Located in Northern Washington on 70 acres our days are filled with caring for our dogs, children and homestead.  We are firm believers that a good dog makes a family whole.

While showing is a passion of mine, my husband and I strive to produce healthy puppies with wonderful temperaments.  As such, we breed a limited number of litters (throughout the year).   Our greatest rewards come from the  wonderful homes we have place our puppies in.  The photographs and stories our Puppy Owners have shared with us over the years really  is our greatest accomplishment.

   All our Dames and Sires receive required health clearances prior to breeding.  Our puppies are sold on a limited AKC registration.  Under this condition, they may not be bred.  Neutering or spaying will be required at the appropriate age.
